4 Ingredient Banana Breakfast Bites
These super easy nuggets of nutrition make a busy morning more expedient.
Added bonus if you are gluten or dairy free.
1 tsp vanilla
1 Cup OatsKC Granola
1/4 cup chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Once oven is preheated, mash both bananas in a large bowl. Stir in 1 tsp vanilla. Mix in granola and nuts (or mini chocolate chips).
Using tablespoon measure, scoop 12 heaping spoonfuls onto lined parchment sheet. The mixture will spread out a bit, this is normal. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet.
